How does this service work?

Triand's easyTEACH is a web-native application. This means you do not need to purchase any special hardware or software to use and maintain your instructional management solution. All you need is a working, web-connected computer, a web browser, and e-mail access.

Using the service requires a simple and logical two-step setup process: configure your curriculum, and then authorize teachers to see your scope and sequence. You can take a free online training seminar, offered twice weekly.

How much is this subscription-based service?

The service costs a flat yearly fee that includes all services required to get you quickly and easily managing your curriculum, lesson plans and aligned resources.

This includes your scope and sequence, lesson plans and instructional materials which are all accessible from the Internet, all server and hosting costs, all upgrades that year, maintenance, initial training and setup assistance (for districts that sign up for at least a year of service), and Triand System Administrator user support.

Online teacher training is available as an additional option. Typically, we bill for no more than 12 months of service, and no more frequently than 6 months. For a custom quote, click here.

Do you offer this system as a software package I can buy and load on my own computers?

No. We only provide this as an online service that greatly reduces your cost of owning and maintaining your instructional management solution.

Do you offer this package to state buying organizations, groups or associations?

Yes we do. There are two main benefits for state-wide purchases.

First, state-wide instructional resources that alignment to the state standards can be quickly and easily distributed to every teacher in the state.

Second, state-wide analysis of individual standards can show early indicators for professional development requirements.

Can I integrate easyTEACH with my district's student information system?

Yes, Triand's easyCONNECT service allows automatic data uploading from your student information system to your online virtual data warehouse (easyDATA).

Once automactically connected, your teachers will be able to assign homework to the students in their classes with easyCOMMUNITY parent portal.

I have a system now and want to load my data into this system. How can I do this?

Certain data can be extracted from an existing instructional management system and integrated into easyTEACH. Triand will be happy to discuss this service on a case-by-case basis. Please call Triand to ask us about custom data importing.

  • Free particiapation in online, group training sessions offered for easyTEACH users, including: Triand System Administrators, District Education Professionals, Curriculum Directors, Counselors, Principals, School Leadership Teams and Teachers.
  • Online support through a request form available 24x7 on all user pages.
  • Online tutorials to assist in fast startup
  • Continuous stream of upgrades to easyTEACH on a structured client feedback and feature request process
  • Training and startup assistance is available in group online formats and through telephone support as indicated on our website. Additional startup assistance, customized or individual training is available for additional cost.
Optional services available:
  • Customized individual online training sessions available for an hourly fee of $90 per hour (US).
  • On site training and startup assistance is available on a scheduled basis for $800 per day plus travel and living expenses.

Services not included:
